LONDON (Reuters) - Leaders of the G20 largest developed and emerging economies agreed on Thursday to a $1.1 trillion program to restore global growth and rebuild a financial system, ravaged by the worst financial crisis since the 1930s.

Here are the key points in the final G20 communique.

-- "To treble resources available to the IMF to $750 billion, to support a new SDR allocation of $250 billion, to support at least $100 billion of additional lending by the MDBs (multilateral development banks), to ensure $250 billion of support for trade finance, and to use the additional resources from agreed IMF gold sales for concessional finance for the poorest countries."

That constitutes "an additional $1.1 trillion program of support to restore credit, growth and jobs in the world economy."

-- The measures taken will "by the end of next year, amount to $5 trillion, raise output by 4 percent, and accelerate the transition to a green economy."

-- "Central banks have pledged to maintain expansionary policies for as long as needed and to use the full range of monetary policy instruments, including unconventional instruments, consistent with price stability."

-- To put in place "credible exit strategies from the measures that need to be taken now to support the financial sector and restore global demand ... thereby reducing the scale of the fiscal consolidation necessary over the longer term."

-- "To establish a new Financial Stability Board (FSB) with a strengthened mandate, as a successor to the Financial Stability Forum (FSF), including all G20 countries, FSF members, Spain, and the European Commission.

"The FSB should collaborate with the IMF to provide early warning of macroeconomic and financial risks and the actions needed to address them."

-- "To extend regulation and oversight to all systemically important financial institutions, instruments and markets. This

That may come later when the citizens react to unpopular FSB decisions and find out they are unelected Euros.

I hope everyone understands the full implications of this. Amongst their myriad of other problems, the main reason Great Britain has so many foreigners draining britain’s generous welfare state is because they are required to allow free immigration within other EU members. They have no say whatsoever, the numbers are dictated by Brussels. Any “merger” with a foreign governmental entity like the EU would be tantamount to high treason in my opinion.

Like Obama said in Berlin last year, he is a "citizen of the world." His loyalty to the United States is tenuous at best.

It is time for citizens to reject the federal reserve note toilet paper and begin bartering and trading hard currency. We the people can force a return to the gold standard by refusing to use fiat money, and by doing so we effectively set monetary policy. They want to give Brussels authority over themselves? Fine, but perhaps the rest of us will choose not to participate in this madness.

Can we please start our own country? Or, can we pick ONE state that we can all move to and do what we want? I am so depressed by all of this insanity. It’s like being hit with a wooden plank every single day...I think people are numb. I still don’t think people understand, even Obama supports, what this all really means. The PRESS IS NOT DOING ITS JOB...ONE SINGLE BIT.

Because the press is actively colluding...or, should I say, those who own the press are actively colluding.

Obama will TRIP over himself in his desire to sell out American sovereignty.

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

When we speak of "Enemies foreign and domestic," that's what our founding fathers meant by "domestic enemies."

The Supreme Court is just watching all this, right? I mean, I know that congress is a lost cause — Congress LIKES what Obama is doing. But the third leg of our government, the judicial branch, they’re just kickin’ back, watching the Executive branch surrender our sovereignty on a whim? They have no problem with any of this?

I personally don't want to become like Zimbabwe where they barter with turnips. There needs to be a real mass movement to pressure what's left of the patriotic leaders we may have left to draft articles of impeachment for exceeding his constitutional authority and attempting to de-facto subjugate the United States to a foreign power through “treaties”, and introduce those articles into congress should he try this EU move. The best way to wake public opinion is to inform people you know who are politically ambivalent or just don't care about political things and inform them of the truth. We freepers are just preaching to the choir.

GEORGE WASHINGTON'S FAREWELL ADDRESS

I am reading this in its entirety now. Washington was a wise man. Almost prophetic. For example:

"..The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the constitution which at any time exists til changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people is sacredly obligatory upon all..."

or this:

One method of assault may be to effect in the forms of the Constitution alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what can not be directly overthrown.

I urge everyone to reread this wonderful address to the American people and pass it on.
