“The Democrats will never be blamed. The media will put them on TV and they will holler for more government control of their government controlled government control.”
Your right, they will be blaming Bush
for the next 50 years.
He is one ugly son of a bitch.
Next to Waxman, a decomposing corpse looks like Clark Gable.
Half my paycheck will go to taxes and the rest to pay for energy bills, food that will increase God only knows how much more, gasoline will go up to obscene levels. And my employer just froze raises for the next 18 months - said they will reconsider whether they will reinstate merit raises or not then. I have to find a much cheaper place to live. I don’t want to have to work 50-60 hours a week just to survive.
Yep yep...and this is just the beginning...they’re desensitizing the citizenry to the nationalization of private industry by villifying the businesses and then “saving” us from their collapse...once it’s commonplace, the federal government will get bolder and bolder, acquiring utility companies, telecom, and eventualy agriculture.
Then they’ll have us by the collective balls. (pun DEFINITELY intended)
And why cant the Republicans get that simple message out to Americans?
I used to ask the same thing. I think I get it now...
At this point I would argue that Americans get that simple message quite well. It's the rest of the vermin who live and vote here - many of whom despise everything this country was founded upon, and the rest of whom would gladly trade their freedom for a handout - who won't get it.
As I once read: "Better to starve free than be a fat slave." That was the message of our forefathers, and it's STILL the message of REAL Americans today. The people who truly believe that and live that way ALREADY get it.
Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!
Obama: “You know, when I was asked earlier about the issue of coal, uh, you know Under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

Ambitious - what it takes to tirelessly perpetuate a fraud.
Ideology posing as science.
