Video Offered for Sale Purports to Show Biden's Daughter Snorting Cocaine
The New York Post reports a video purporting to show Ashley Biden -- daughter of Vice President Joe Biden -- snorting cocaine is being offered for sale.

A video purporting to show Ashley Biden -- daughter of Vice President Joe Biden -- snorting cocaine reportedly is being offered for sale.
The New York Post reports that it was shown a 90-second clip of a 42-minute video by a lawyer claiming to represent an anonymous "friend" of the vice president's daughter.
The lawyer, Thomas Dunlap, and another man say the video shows Biden's daughter using the drug at a house party this month in Delaware.
Dunlap reportedly told the Post that the video was legally obtained, and that Ashley Biden was aware that she was being filmed. The Post reports that it refused to pay for the video, though Dunlap told the newspaper that one news organization had offered $250 thousand for the rights to the tape.
The Post reported that the video shows a 20-something woman with light skin and long brown hair taking a red straw from her mouth and bending over a desk, inserting the straw into her nostril and snorting from lines of white powder.
The woman appears to resemble the 27-year-old Biden, a social worker who was a visible presence during her father's campaign for the White House.

Unfortunate really. She’s an attractive young lady. Maybe this is a wakeup call for her to grow up.
It’s morally far worse than the Bristol Palin story, but just as irrelevant and tabloid. Why cover this when we still haven’t seen B.O.’s birth certificate? Jeez our media suck.
Assuming it is her: a prominent 27 year old educated woman working in a responsible position who knew she was being filmed and did illegal drugs anyway?
She’s either stupid, arrogant, or looking for help.

I wonder if this video will get as much attention as the stupid things the Bush girls did.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the daughter of Sen. Joe Biden ( yes, that Biden, Barack Obama’s running mate) was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing a police officer outside one of “those” Chicago bars.
Ashley Blazer Biden, 21, of Wilmington, Del., was with a group of “friends” on a North Side Chicago street where several bars are located when someone else threw a bottle at an officer, police said.
When police tried to arrest that other person, Ashley blocked the officer’s path and made intimidating statements, about who she was, who her father was, and the like, and generally tried to block the officer from arresting Ashley’s “friend”/”acquaintance”, the police officer said.
Miss Biden was later released and is scheduled for court on September 20th.
Sen. Biden’s spokeswoman, Margaret Aitken, declined to comment, calling it a “private, family matter”.
I don’t see this as a high value vid. It may have had some small value/use when Biden unsuccessfully ran for prez. There’s no shock value, Biden isn’t exactly a highly vaunted public figure even with his VP title. Hope the girl changes her ways though.
But, this is too much.
She is a state social worker, 27 years of age.
A position that requires trust, a background check, and I would think, an occasional drug check.

My first thought, too. Let’s see if the pictures are plastered all over the newspapers and tabloids like they did to the Bush girls. Will Saturday Night do a skit? Will it be on Larry King, and other shows?
No big deal. For democrats, that powder is their brain-food.
Besides, she’s just launching her political career. She will later write a book, mention her drug use in it.... and go onto become the president.
Maybe she found it in the White House on a Wednesday night.
