We used to have rock fights in our neighborhood. It was all good fun until one day when I whipped one at a kid and scored a direct hit on his noggin. Blood and some very angry parents put a stop to that for good.
There was a small apple orchard next to our house and we used to have apple fights, too. The apples hurt, but not as much as the rocks did ;)
I have been hit with rocks and a baseball straight ot the center of my forehead and other numerous times to tell.
Those rocks can sting. They hurt bad.
