While on the board of a Chicago-based charity, Barack Obama helped fund a carbon trading exchange that will likely play a critical role in the cap-and-trade carbon reduction scheme he is now trying to push through Congress as president.

Follow the money that will always lead to the truth
I’ll bet with a little digging we would learn that Obama stands to personally profit big-time from cap and tax.
This is why he was giggling in the 60 minutes interview
“The Exchange, meantime, has proved very lucrative for Sandor and others who go in on the early stages. The value of Sandor’s 8 million shares in the exchange has grown to more than $260 million, even before a national cap-and-trade system has been imposed. The share value could climb even more when and if the government makes the market mandatory.
In addition the 66 year old economist has parlayed the Chicago efforts into a truly global empire. Currently he is in talks with India to set up a climate exchange and has opened voluntary exchanges in China, Canada and Europe.
This month The Wall Street Journal said Sandor is “one of the most successful investors trying to profit from rising environmental awareness.”
Scumbags...the lot of them!
Whose money did Obama help fund the scheme with?
The List, ping
I just completed one of those online “figure your carbon footprint” thingys. We aren’t excessive with anything, and actually keep our utilities as low as we can. But according to this stupid thing, our footprint is higher than the national average (I don’t believe that), and the world target that they show is a smooshed-down footprint that shows very little energy use - or ownership of anything other than dirt, I guess. Made my blood boil a bit when I was done. These people are nuts!
Well, Duh. Of course he did. Here are the other Special Interests hell be advocating for. A leopard does NOT change his spots, People!

[Barrack Hussein Obamas record in the Illinois senate:]
- Opposed the Defense of Marriage Act; would work to repeal it in the U.S. Senate; would not vote for any legislation that would restrict the ability of gays and lesbians to marry.
- Opposed the Born Alive Infant Protection Act four times in Illinois. A similar bill passed the U.S. Senate 98-0. The Born Alive bill would have prohibited a baby from being born alive but left to die according to the mothers wishes. Obama inexplicably opposed this bill not once, twice, or three times, but four times.
- Obama took almost $90,000 in bundled contributions from the Council for a Livable World. The council is a well-known anti-defense organization.
- Obama puts rigid ideology before whats best for the people of Illinois, and presumably he would do that as President as well. He has on several occasions made public his opposition to the NAFTA trade agreement and his belief that it must be negotiated. All the while thanks to NAFTA, Illinois exports $1.3 billion in agricultural goods to Canada.
- Obama refused to vote for a bill in the Illinois State Senate that would have increased penalties for drug traffickers.
- Obama voted against a bill that would have delivered the death penalty to gang members who murder first responders.
- Finally, just in case you thought it couldnt get any worse, Obama was the only member of the Illinois State Senate to vote against a bill that prohibited early release for sexual predators.
Cant kill the innocent fast enough, cant free the guilty soon enough!
