Scared yet?

Yes.

You know what's next, right? Seizure of the means of energy production. That's the whole point behind the carbon cap & trade scam - bankrupt energy producers and consumers, and they seize the means of energy production to "save" us from a government-created problem. That's exactly what happened with our banking system.

I keep asking this question on other threads devoted to this but nobody has answered: Why in the world are our corporate heads and business leaders just sitting by and watching this happen without even a murmur of complaint?

Once upon a time, I would have thought that even the suggestion of the nationalization of our industries and what would ultimately amount to a government takover of the means of production would have caused rioting in the streets, or at least in the boardrooms. But now? Crickets.

We have come to seize your company....

And many people want these people to nationalize our banks. The power that would give the government would be complete control of all businesses.

Terrified. There is no excuse for any of this to even be mentioned in polite society.

This ‘national emergency’ is roughly on par with 1982 - and Reagan solved it without nationalizing anything. It is obscene for this to even be discussed.

(The Ballad of Timothy Geithner) a Five Time Tax Cheat.....how many does that make that Obama has appointed to govern us? Duty and honor? American politicians seem to have evolved into a far lessor person than their grand parents..........

They have been complaining. It's just that the news media isn't bothering with them.

Because at the highest levels of multinational business, the leaders there are in a symbiotic relationship with government. Why do you think the market soared 500 points yesterday on news that the American taxpayer would be forced to shoulder the banksters' failure?

Well, we stockholders are just sitting by doing nothing. We are not jumping up and complaining. We are letting this all happen with nary a complaint.

That’s possible. I think we need some important figure from business or even politics to stand up and “just say no,” somebody who’s too important to be ignored by the media. But I can’t think who that could be.
