I don't understand how this is going to be any differentThe government will track everyone's movements.
People with matching names, but mismatched birthday and/or gender will be waived through.
(no terrorist would ever submit an incorrect birthday)

(We are now in day 61 of our national holiday from reality.)

There are probably several million of us with the same Biblical Name and a very common Celtic Surname on the no fly list.
I found out a copy of my passport works great to get by this impediment.
