This just in.
Based on their success in stealing the 2008 election, ACORN has changed its name to CORNHOLERS.
The catchy new acronym is defined below.

Commies
On a
Rampage
Now
Have
Obama
Leaving nearly
Everyone
Really
Screwed

They suggest all affected Americans learn another acronym familiar to most veterans: BOHICA.

Bend
Over
Here
It
Comes
Again.

Wouldn’t be the same thing if every year the government just printed enough money to cover the budget, say 2T/year? that is a about 20 % increase in the money supply per year.

don't forget they 20% decrease in purchasing power that will follow

If Paul was truly the man of principle his disciples make him out to be, he would only use earmarks for spending authorized by the Constitution like for the defense industry. He doesn’t so he is a flaming hypocrite.

Like I said before, Ron Paul would have to be a flaming narcissist to completely sacrifice his constituency just to guarantee himself "a perfect record". If he did so, how likely do you think it would be that he ever got re-elected? And why should they re-elect him if he didn't represent them?

But Ron Paul, personally, is not the point, nor should he be. He's the messenger, and no longer "the message", because it is highly improbable that he will ever run again for president. However, his message of a transparent Constitutional Government continues.

Ron Paul isn't and never will be "a Ronald Reagan". I do, however, believe that Ron Paul is the "Barry Goldwater" of this generation. And it was Barry Goldwater's youth organization that, when they grew up, led the Reagan Revolution.

And if anyone remembers, Barry Goldwater was also considered "a nutcase", "too socially libertarian", etc in his time, too.

Notice how quickly he’s dismissed from the floor?

Two minutes isn’t nearly long enough to say everything that’s wrong with this situation. I don’t know if 2 hours would do.

With some of the idiots we have in Congress, he could stand up there for 2 years straight and they would never understand a word he said.

Get back to me when you feel like being rational about both earmarks and Dr. Paul.
