Chris Dodd inserts amendment to allow AIG to pay bonuses. EVERY DEMOCRAT SENATOR (and 3 RINOs) signed the bill. OBAMA SIGNED THE BILL into law. Obama and Dodd are the largest recipients of AIG political donations.
