They can’t look at this guy’s credit card records to see if he purchased morphine over the internet? People are able to do that? Where?
Okay, since the reporting is a little shoddy I have to do some assumptions here. I’m going to assume that all of these “live grenades” are 40 mm for either an M79 or M203. That being the case, the reporter needs to find out if these are HE rounds. I mean, having a 100 smoke rounds isn’t going to hurt anyone. Of course, I guess it sounds more menacing to say live grenades without filling in any of the details.
Don’t get me wrong, I think this doctor is probably a bad character because I think he’s illegally selling perscriptions to addicts. However, if he has an FFL license and is legal for all of this stuff, who cares? Really?
But the same beginnings that ended up with the Nazi atrocities are now present in our Nations Federal law enforcement branch.

During a trip to a local Gun shop the store worker advised a costumer that the ATF was “looking” into all his recent purchases?? Goes to show that they DO keep records!!
This agency is way out of hand....I talked to this fella outside and told him to find a good lawyer and file a suit in advance of the coming raid!
Perhaps, but under the Obama redistribution plan it sounds to me like he should share the ammo "wealth" and spread some of those 500,000 rounds of ammo to less fortunate militias in the area.

As for the number of LEGAL guns he has, that doesn't matter any more. The BATFE has just been targeting folks with "lots" of guns. Anything where a big pile of junk looks scary for the MSM vultures.

Just like the BATFE is currently trying to do with Cav Arms. Day 376 since the raid. It sounds like Red's is still up in the air. There are more examples, but I don't have them here.
Ok, now the question is what can be done to rein in, or disband the BATFE?
