I ran into this while living st. louis. My black co-workers allways shared info with each other about businesses owned by ‘brotha’s’, and could not comprehend the concept of bigotry or racism as applied other than by whites.

Is this the new ‘cowardness’ the AG was talking about ?
It looks like racism to me.
