I applaud Leo, but how close are any of these legal efforts to forcing the SCOTUS into taking a case?

Will be closer if the dow drops another 1000 points.

Well, we know Thomas and Scalia for sure aren’t afraid to decide the issue. Alito was a no-show at the SCOTUS tea party. It’s Kennedy and the others that are the wusses.

I’m surprised at Ginsburg. She’s supposed to be the one who is so well-versed in English common law. She knows Obama isn’t eligible. She should do the right thing and tell the people what the law said at the time, because I’m sure she above all of them, knows the truth. (I read up a lot about her)

Kennedy and the rest of the dissenters probably aren’t that smart. Souter, after Bush v. Gore, almost left the bench. He can’t handle anything, let alone get involved with settling a dispute over asses contesting “dingy marks” on ballots. “Oh I think this one has a dingy on it, but maybe not.” What a bunch of jerks. Then they wonder WHY it went to the Supreme Court? You had a choice. Let idiots like that settle it (which they never would have) or give it the Supreme Court where it belongs and tell the jackasses to knock off the nonsense. All Souter wants to hear is the same old cases he’s been granting certiorari for since he got in there. He dismisses everything else, not just this stuff. Too hard for him, plus he threatened to quit when he was forced to handle something out of the ordinary. LOL

BUT! Remember this, too. No one has approached the Supreme Court in accordance with the Supreme Court Rules yet. Donofrio couldn’t supply the Writ of Certiorari. He had just renewed his license. He needed 2 years of current practice. Didn’t have it. Then he needed to apply to the D.C. bar. All an impossibility, so he thought up McCarthy as a way in and tried to say, “Hey, you did it for Bush v. Gore, do it for me.” It was a gamble that he lost by himself. He probably couldn’t afford a D.C. bar attorney and he refused to accept any money.

Berg did file the Writ in accordance with the Rules of Court. But he lacked standing in district court. Remember, he was going in on a birth certificate and relying on grandma’s taped conversation as his evidence. First of all, she wasn’t under oath and she changed her story and said he was born in the U.S., after she said he was born in Kenya. Not exactly what we needed.

Then we saw Cort Wrotnowski who Leo tried to help, but it was the same deal - no condition where they could supply the writ.

Orly Taitz copied them and even though she COULD have followed the rules, having obtained a D.C. bar license, didn’t even bother doing it! Figure that one out. LOL!

"That being said, Holder is NOT going to move on this. I pray the US Attorney for DC, Mr. Jeffrey Taylor picks up the guantlet on Quo Warranto"

Totally agree Joe. Zero percent chance Holder will even think twice about this. Hopefully, Taylor does. If not, I'm hoping Leo & Mario pursue it past relying on either taking this up voluntarily.

Thanks for the heads up, Joe. I didn’t know Leo posted the brief that fast. You’re right, it’s up!

I take back everything I said. Seems Leo decided to bail again. He’s not joining up with Apuzzo. He’s not even going to follow through with his brief. This is all nonsense.

I got sucked in again. Silly me.

Anyone starting to think we’re being played here or what?

Someone pointed out something on the RightSideofLife.com blog that there is a Newman case where the Feds can say they cannot entertain every action by a citizen. Essentially the Feds way to tell us to get screwed.

I need to go through Leo’s site because I think he said he knows it backwards and forwards. Leo and Mario Apuzzo are real patriots.

Holder is an O stooge. Hopefully Taylor takes it but what if he doesn’t? I think we have to keep running cases to the Judiciary and SCOTUS.

Our military is watching and if the Judiciary is too corrupt to enforce the Constitution then......

What do you make of his running back to that freako money-grubbing radio station? You do realize that Ed Hale is a good part responsible for making us look like asshats, right?

Leo couldn’t have found somewhere else to air his thoughts?

I think we’re being played for idiots.

Leo means well and I guess Ken Dunbar tried hard to get him on. I have not listened to Plains since Steve Pidgeon signed off. I think Ed means well but....

I think this is one of those things that will make sense once Sen. Spector invokes Scottish law......

You’re kinder than I am, I’ll give you that, Frantzie.

Maybe I just lost my patience with this latest grub. I’m choking on it and it tastes really bad. I guess everyone has their breaking point. Reading that was mine.
