While an interesting read, the man sets up a straw man. His argument about “natural rights” does not even come close to acknowledging that there are in fact natural rights given to man by their Creator. Rights that a government can only contrevene if they wish the open revolt of the citizenry. Our Founding Fathers understood natural rights ( the Laws of God as it were). His arguendo is real reasoned, he just ought to have called it something else
