How much money did Louisiana get to rebuild after Katrina. It's somewhere in the neighborhood of 4 billion (so far), I think. Money to repair the seawall and intracostal waterway doesn't seem like so much by comparison.

The problem is they have been lobbying to have the feds pay for something already budgeted to the State or Insurance companies.
