“A few years ago, the firemen in Newton, MA tied up a busy intersection during the morning rush hour by walking as slowly as they could back and forth across the crosswalk.”

The opposite of what I suggested...do no harm, obey the speed limit, maybe a little under. But I understand your point. I ended with:

discipline would be critical - we couldn’t go and stop in the middle of the highways or do road blocks - there would be knucleheads that would want to start trouble...I know those concerns would be big...but I think we can do this responsibly. There have been some real effective tractor and truck rallies...

NO. IT’S JUST A STUPID IDEA. IT WILL GAIN NO SUPPORTERS, ONLY INCONVENIENCE GOOD PEOPLE. THIS IS THE KIND OF CRAP LIBERALS COME UP WITH. DO YOU ACTUALLY THINK A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SAY, “OH, LOOK, A BUNCH OF FOLKS ARE MAKING ME LATE FOR WHERE I’M GOING. LET ME FIND OUT WHAT THEIR CONCERNS ARE SO I CAN ADDRESS THEM IN A JUST MANNER. THEY MUST HAVE AN IMPORTANT CONCERN”?

IF YOU THINK THAT, YOU HAVEN’T PAID THE SLIGHTEST ATTENTION TO THE WAY HUMAN BEINGS WORK.

GET OFF THIS OUTRAGEOUSLY STUPID IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
