Google blocks such information. A good place to start is:

Here is the source article on Free Republic:

GOOD LUCK!!

The link to the source thread you give cites Plains Radio (reliable sometimes, not others according to threads I've read) and has this quote:
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
If Plains Radio produces the document, great. I'll keep looking, but I have to say I'm discouraged - no further information from Plains Radio on this, as far as I've seen (might have missed something). Additionally, I've been looking for this using FOIA in the search, and it now seems like this is the sort of "personal information" that would be excluded from FOIA release. I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not sure about my interpretation of that. Any lawyers care to comment about whether one could get travel information on a private (non govt employee) individual via FOIA? Thanks.
