I had never heard of Cabela’s until last month when I did a little online shopping for a good down coat. Mine was stolen in my doctor’s office. Anyway, I found a nice one on their website and I am pleased. If I had guns, I would buy my ammo from them. Looks like a great retail outfit.

“Looks like a great retail outfit.”
Love their stuff...just wish they’d stop sending me a new catalog every week.

If you ever get the chance to visit a Cabelas don’t miss the opportunity. I went the the store in Nebraska and its not like anything you’ve ever seen before. AWESOME!

I love Cabelas, but they can be pricey. They have a room at one of their MN (I think) stores full of really high-end exotic shotguns.
Had to wipe the drool off my face.

If you get a chance, visit one of their retail stores — it’s a great experience. Outdoor World (B.A.S.S.) stores are also terrific, as is the granddaddy of outdoor stores, the L.L. Bean store in Freeport, Maine.
