WATCH THIS VIDEO.

Keyes and others with his stature need to speak like this to awaken America.

This lawsuit has to be adjudicated. The fate of the Republic hangs on it and the Court cannot shirk its responsibility behind a cloud of legalese!!!

Saul Alinsky on "Change"...
From Rules for Radicals, Alinsky outlines his strategy in organizing, writing:

"There's another reason for working inside the system. Dostoevsky said that taking a new step is what people fear most. Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and change the future. This acceptance is the reformation essential to any revolution."

A Landslide Mandate For Change

Congratulations on an extraordinary history making election!

We can think back with pride to decades of hard work toward our strategic goal of a big enough, broad enough and united enough labor and all-people’s movement that could overcome the ultra-right blockage to all progress. That all people’s movement has come to life, it is dynamic and it has the potential to keep growing.

The election of Barack Obama and a strengthened Congress creates new conditions in our country. There is now the possibility to shift gears and move forward. This new day requires us to further develop our tactics in order to continue to deepen and broaden labor and people’s unity.

There are thousands of experiences that we all have had in these momentous days, some large, some small, all of which express the enormity of change in thinking and readiness for involvement that is underway and that steels us for the battles ahead.

The tears of joy we all shared as crowds gathered to watch the election results here and throughout the world dramatize the new moment we are in.

Frederic Bastiat Quotes on the Bailout:

It is impossible to introduce into society a greater change and a greater evil than this: the conversion of the law into an instrument of plunder.

Men naturally rebel against the injustice of which they are victims. Thus, when plunder is organized by law for the profit of those who make the law, all the plundered classes try somehow to enter -- by peaceful or revolutionary means -- into the making of laws. According to their degree of enlightenment, these plundered classes may propose one of two entirely different purposes when they attempt to attain political power: Either they may wish to stop lawful plunder, or they may wish to share in it.

The state is the great fiction by which everybody seeks to live at the expense of everybody else.

There is in all of us a strong disposition to believe that anything lawful is also legitimate. This belief is so widespread that many persons have erroneously held that things are “just” because the law makes them so.

But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.

When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men living together in society, they create for themselves in the course of time a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.

The Republic is being destroyed before our eyes, in record time!

I wish someone in the Judicial Branch would listen to Dr. Keyes and the others who have joined in this fight.

We have a lot to loose if we don't!

When Keyes came to Illinois to run for president in 2008, his first order of business was reparations for the blacks, That is what shot his candidacy down right from the git go. He was seen as a black racist opportunist, attempting to use the black vote to further himself.

Interesting to note his body language vs. that of the typical politician. Keyes is telling the truth, no shifty-eyes, no conciliatory stance or distracting hand gestures.

unless Obama's social and economic policies are stopped, the United States as we know it is over.

That's not news to me, AFAIC the United States as I once knew it has been pretty much over since 1992, and was sick in bed for four years prior to that. I had high hopes at first that Bush 43 would get it back on track after it being derailed for 8 long years, but if he ever made a serious attempt to actually restore the old Republic to it's former self I guess I wasn't watching close enough that day to notice.

Maybe I'm being too hard on him. I think his heart was close to being in the right place and he was very strong on pro-life issues. He and the Pubs in Congress just didn't have what it would have taken to get past the liberal Democrat's blockade of anything that was proposed in Congress that would have been good for the nation.

I never ceases to amaze me how easily those who can’t refute what Dr. Keyes has to say slip so swiftly into ad hominem attack. Says much more about them than it does about Alan.

I just hope everyone remember’s Keyes’s run for the Illinois Senate seat against Obama in 2004. It was a winnable race for any sane, reasonable republican. Hell, Ryan was ahead in the polls before he was forced to withdraw.

So what does Keyes do? Runs a circus of a campaign, making a spectacle of himself and basically running on the platform that God wants him to win. I guess nobody else did, because he got shellacked.

Keyes should shut the hell up. He’s as responsible as anyone for this mess. He had a chance to stop Obama’s political career cold, and instead chose to make an ass of himself. I can’t believe he still has one ounce of credibility left.

neither are many of our military people now who are now going to court to ask the question, 'Do we have to obey a man who is not qualified under the constitution?'

Okay. I have been away from the news for a few days, but I haven't heard of this case. Who in the military has filed, when did they file, and are they asking this specific question?

Obama, to my knowledge, has never refused to prove his citizenship. What he has done is ignored all requests for proof.
