I seldom hear anyone mention Bill Simon. He would have been elected governor over Gray Davis if only George Bush and Karl Rove and that dolt Parsky had bothered to support him.

Instead, they gave us Arnold. Thanks a bunch. Arnold is the gift who keeps on giving.

Are we, as conservative Californians, permitted to throw this $ssclown out of the GOP in our state? He needs to have a (D) after his name.

As soon as you call the “stimulus” package pork, some feminist will write a column decrying the term to describe women.

Another example of why we should never capitulate to moderates. They will always give the farm away.

Put a fork in Cali, a state I love; it’s done. Due largely to immigration, many Californians are second- and third-worlders who can not produce, and can not be educated to produce, at first world levels, even though they consume more services than others. California can not raise taxes high enough on its first world population to remain what it’s been as a whole, but envious second- and third-worlders in proximity to better-off people will always demand as high of taxes on the latter as they can get. Absent a large expulsion of immigrants, California will never again have a Republican majority in either house of the state legislature or a conservative as governor, even if they occasionally elect a RINO to that position as even ultraliberal states sometimes do when Rat governors fail ridiculously.

Ain’t I a little ray of sunshine?

Come on. Why do you say Californian's can't produce?

You know, this budget mess is pretty much the last straw for our state. I am going to call the Secretary of State in the morning and find out what time frame we have for recalling every elected official serving in Sacramento.

If nobody else is going to step in, I am going to. If I don’t have to come up with some massive pot of gold coins, I’m going to file papers to remove these bastards from power.

Wow. You’re looking at nine people, all of them along for the ride on the taxpayer’s dollars.

I am not sure why George W should get blamed in this case...
Remember George W never carried CA...How would Simon have benefited by traveling around CA with George W?

During the recall election, Arnold kept distance from George W...Arnold didn’t want to travel around with Prez Bush.

Let’s face it...Bush was never popular in CA.

I like Simon...But, I think that he lacked “fire in the belly” somewhat...

Arnold has become a major disappointment, 'tho briefly entertaining when stumping for McCain/Palin.
