Well, there you have it! Jimmy's economic stewardship was so successful that his endorsement has to send chills down the spine of anyone alive during his regime. Just think, if we'd had global warming then, we wouldn't have needed to turn our thermostats down and wear sweaters.

Carter says he has "full confidence" in Obama's proposal and expects it will take about six months for the economy to begin improving. In six months it would be well on the way to improving without Obama's proposal. But now?
