Of course it failed! The only people who listen to hate, self-hate, are other people who are consumed by hate and self-hate. Normal people don’t listen to garbage like that.

Econ 101: Market Forces A.K.A. No demand forces the market to lower the supply and seek alternative income producing activity.
To be honest, I had no idea that Nova-M even existed. Libs just don’t know the first thing about marketing in the radio biz.
The medium is more of a two way conversation than a one way lecture, as leftists are used to (and actually must have).
Since liberalism is logically indefensible, they either must not take callers - which is not in accordance with the medium, or they have to try to defend their ideology which is indefensible,
and people stop listening.
Besides, they have to rely on advertising revenue, and their hardcore listeners are anti-capitalist and would probably refuse to buy anything advertised out of principle.

Because advertising rate are based on ratings. In this case, the advertisers probably wanted the station to pay them for advertising on the show.
Nova M was supposed to be a competitor to AAR. Kind of funny that they were on the same stations in some markets. It was actually set up as a backstop for fired AAR hosts and to suck up more money from those libs with more cash than common sense. Liberal the radio is the “Sharper Image” of radio. An overpriced image niche market with little substance.
