I just downloaded the entire bill and saved on my desktop. It is a searchable pdf document.
They have plenty of staff that can quickly look through this.

I called my 2 dem senators (Sadly, I am in Illinois) and told them to SLOW vote so they and consituents counld at least read the d**m thing
