Since the Senate version and House version have to be reconciled, there is still time to take out the health-care rationing provisions.

But it doesn’t go to oboomba’s desk just yet, does it? Doesn’t it go back to committee or back to the House?

Why oh why didn’t one reporter ask the question: “What in this bill specifically helps the people of Elkhart, Indiana?”

conference committee= all democrats

The reconciled bill will still have to pass with at least 60 votes in the Senate. This ain't over yet.

Now is the time to step up the pressure exponentially!

I’d guess that Minnesota had only one vote, since Coleman/Smalley is still up in the air. And No-Pants Kennedy might also have been unavailable due to illness.

Question now are three rinos enough to let the DBM call the bill bipartisan?

Sure. They'll just lie about it.

Unfortunately, the die was cast long ago when the GOP lost the House and then a huge number of US Senate seats. Yes, the gang of Collins, Snowe and Specter should be put to the fire but let’s be honest: the American people gave Senate Democrats the easy ability to simply turn two RINOs to their side. That is very easy to do with 58 seats!

Well folks, I'm turning off my computer. Self preservation.

I think America is well on her way to the cliff.

Thank you, Mr. Roberts.

Note, mes amis, that I refer to it as a medical spying provision. I will continue to appropriate the enemy’s language on this. If a technique that monitors a conversation between two Al Qaida bigwigs that passes through a computer on U.S. soil is “spying on Americans” then the monitoring of my health care is medical espionage.

There was no doubt it would pass. Dems didn't need any Republican votes.

I heard moments ago that Specter already has a challenger (Joseph M. Torsella) that filed yesterday in the 2010 PA Senate. Hes a Dem and he's also a close friend of Fast Eddy Randell. At this point, I'd support ANYONE against Specter. Even a Dem.
