I get what you’re implying. I’d be more inclined to think that this was drug or money related than religious extremist related though. Not that that isn’t possible, just less likely. I don’t look for zebras in the horse pasture.

She’s black and gaunt-looking with French-sounding names. Haiti? Or French Guyana? I’m going with Haiti, for my first guess.
He’s also black-and-something-else — Asian? Chinese? or Vietnamese? and has a Spanish-sounding surname. That one’s tougher to guess. Let’s see: Black mum and Philippino Dad?
