This outrage was introduced by former Black Panther, Rep. Bobby L. Rush.

Couldn't help but notice he has exactly ZERO co-sponsors on this bill. BTW, I couldn't make your link work and the one I tried to make wouldn't work either. Does it work for you? They seem to have an odd way of doing their internet addies. Near as I can tell the only way to get there is fro their SEARCH PAGE.

Yep.

The purpose of this bill isn't to pass, it's to get gun-owners so concerned that when the AWB ban bill comes up, they say to themselves, "well, it's not as bad as Bobby Rush's bill was", and not fight so hard.
