I just heard this on a news break listening to Hannity. This is insane. These people are ALIVE because they were fortunate enough to have the crew they had.
If the airline offers up $5k for trouble and lost luggage, then that's generous. Any of these passengers who sue are loathsome slugs.
God will sort them out in the end.
