Hillary Clinton Constitutionally Ineligible to Serve as Secretary of State Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against newly sworn-in Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton on behalf of U.S. Foreign Service Officer and State Department employee David C. Rodearmel, (Rodearmel v. Clinton, et al., (D. District of Columbia)). The lawsuit maintains that Mrs. Clinton is constitutionally ineligible to serve as Secretary of State and that Mr. Rodearmel cannot be forced to serve under the former U.S. Senator, as it would violate the oath he took as a Foreign Service Officer in 1991 to "support and defend" and "bear true faith and allegiance" to the Constitution of the United States.

I heard this mentioned on Fox and didn’t see anything posted here. If this is not posted correctly, please advise. If duplicate, please delete.
This time they’ll get her. I’m sure of it.
I’m sure it won’t change anything, but was surprised to see someone took action. More surprised to hear it mentioned on Fox.
Has Judicial Watch ever won any of their lawsuits?
“This time theyll get her. Im sure of it.”
I’m not so sure . . . they couldn’t get her for looting a government office, theft of almost 1000 FBI files, theft of over $100,000 of government property, perjury, suborning perjury, obstruction of justice, etc. So why would this make any difference. She should be in prison right now for the above activity . . . instead, she’s gonna’ be Sec of State.
Who’s gonna’ stop her?
Right after Barry Hussein’s Birth Certificate shows up.....
“This time theyll get her. Im sure of it.”
ROFLMAO! I love a Freeper with a sense of the macabre.
Nothing short of a silver bullet is bringing that she-devil down. ;)
Given the reluctance US courts demonstrated in regard to Barack Obama being Constitutionally qualified to be President, I’ll be surprised to see this proceed.
Judicial Watch has a fairly decent record, especially since they target politicians and government entities\practices... who believe it or not usually cover for each other... massive sarc\
Fart....in......windstorm.....
I wish you're right, but . . .
Actually, my comment was pure sarcasm. I don’t expect anything to ever come from a Judical Watch lawsuit (except, perhaps, fundraising letters).
Wouldn't it be funny if clinton wound up reappointed to her own senate seat?
Well, I don't mean funny as in "hahaha."+
btw, IS judicial watch seeking O’s BC ?!
Nobody is.....it’s a wash IMO.
Thanks for this thread.
I read both the Statement by Plaintiff David C. Rodearmel and background information and the Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief and I say GOOD for them for standing up for our Constitution. Good for David C. Rodearmel. Good for Paul J Orfanedes and James F Peterson and good for Judicial Watch.

****************************************************
She resigned the seat ,, I wouldn’t give it up if she begged me for it back...
This sounds serious. Sure hope it flies.
I'm going to send Judicial Watch a donation, so they can keep up the work that nobody else is looking into.
It's on page 34 by Jeffrey T. Kuhner. He said that mrs. clintoon's appointment to head Foggy Bottom should concern everyone.
