For a couple of decades, Human Events and its editors were among the few you could always count on to hold the line without compromise. That changed under Babbin. They have been pretty much useless in the battles of the last two years. That’s why I signed the letter.
I don’t want to argue with anyone, but I think there was this push towards people in the primary season last year like Romney, Thompson even Huckabee that was all designed to split votes up so McCain would win.
Right now I’m afraid that inside the beltway crowd like Mr. Babbin may want Willard M. Romney to be the next GOP candidate for president.
I put Sarah Palin first in line myself, but I will wait to see how she participates in the 2010 primaries to form a fuller opinion of her.
Reagan supported some RINO’s in his day, but Palin better stay away from Arlen Specter in my state or my estimation of her will decline.
“They have been pretty much useless in the battles of the last two years. “
As compared to these nonames on this list who have done nothing of note to stop the steamroller of liberalism.
Are the signers of this list going to stop Obama’s stimulus bill?!?!? hmmmm?!?!? If not, this is a tempest in a teacup.
