I think a better scenario is this: they outlaw birth control completely. Women will want to ration the birth control they have left, or else be more particular about who they sleep with because there are more risks involved. consequently, men will have to try harder to get them into bed - more dinners, more dates, more gifts; both will need to be more attractive - more toiletries, more clothes, etc.
The resultant spending will SURELY stimulate the economy.
I like your daughter. Bring back courtship. "Hooking up" is what squirrels do. Let's use our humanity and raise our social interactions higher than that of a beagle humping a corduroy leg.
