It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived. George S. Patton

I thank God that these brave Troops lived.

Prayers for their families are offered.

Why are our troops still in Iraq?

Iraq is a failure.

There's no al Qaeda in Iraq.

Our real interests are in Afghanistan.

The One said so.

So sad. Can someone tell me why there are so many helicopter crashes? Seems like our military has way too many of these, but there has also been a rash of hospital helicopter crashes as well here in the States.

There were likely survivors since a UH 60 has a crew of 3. God bless the families of our heroes, living and dead.

The cause of the incident is unknown but does not appear to be the result of "enemy action," a separate US military statement said later.

I heard this on the local news at 5:30 but nothing on the 24 hr morning shows at 6AM.

Since there were two at the same time and same area I feared some insurgents got hold of some shoulder fired missiles. This contradicts my theory.

One of my fears is that one day some terrorist here is going to get hold of one of these Russian shoulder fired missiles and bright down a commercial airliner on take off from one of our many airports. The airline industry is not going to be able to survive if that happens. Hope I am wrong about this scenario.

With so many in the federal legislative and executive branch needing helicoper rides, Mother Nature decides to kill our military!!!

May they rest in peace....and their families find some comfort in the fact that they died in the highest service to their country....and know that most of us appreciate their sacrafice greatly.

I am glad that they lived, but I am very sorry for their loss, their families’ loss, our loss.

For Your Today, They Gave Their Tomorrow

Just a reminder of what our Troops have given, so that we can continue to live the way that we wish here in the United States.

Please never forget the priceless gift our Troops have given us. Keep them in your hearts and prayers and always remember those who have given their all.

May God Bless Our Troops and their Families!!!
