She must be a supporter of 2nd Ammendement rights if the NRA backs her. I guess that would make her in a relative sense “conservative for a Democrat”, but hardly a conservative in the true meaning.

Right on. She is not a conservative by any definition of the word. Heck, most of the Republican party is not conservative anymore. Perish the thought of conservative democrats.
