Mr. “Greatest Generation?” Just who did he think he was writing about and what they persevering for, fighting in defense of, and then returning to if not THAT FLAG AND WHAT IT STOOD FOR?

Thanks for the reminder! Many MSM employees got involved in the "show the Flag" controversy.. some refused to "take sides" vis-a-vis the 9/11 attacks and the few who wore American Flag pins on air were criticized for it.
Some MSM employees argued that outrage against the 9/11 attackers be limited to the WTC attacks, the Pentagon was a military target.
The Pentagon attack? Journalists should not take a position that the attack was was right or wrong, said some MSM employees.
