Can you post a synopsis of what you heard on the scanner? Please say you recorded it. (Is it legal to record?)

I didn't record it - just had it on in the background most the day. They were after some guy with a scarf over his face and eventually caught him - not sure what he did. There were a couple other chases and some trouble at a demonstration (not sure who was demonstrating or what) There was also a bus overturned.

Although considering how many times I heard "can't get through - too many people - call so & so's unit" I suppose it is possible that there were no arrests. It's also possible that there was an effort made to NOT arrest anyone no matter what they did.
