Gov. Bill Richardson unveiled his slightly-more-than-5-o'clock shadow at a news conference in Santa Fe Monday, prompting reporters to ask if the beard was back.

Do I care? No... not really.
Except that he may be doing it simply because Obama said he looked better with it... doesn’t the man have opinions/initiative of his own? (Well, besides the DollarRunner express...)
