Yeah, maybe it won’t be as effective as they think. But, then again, the health system could become overwhelmed, too, if it were a large enough crisis.
However, I would be worried more about direct terrorists attacks like concealed nukes in this country, several set to go off at the same time in major cities. That seems more likely to me...
