It occured to me that there is one very important fact omitted from the coverage.

Every independent contractor is provided an IRS 1099 form by the entity paying the fee. The man ignored them. Ihe IRS apparently did not.

It dosen’t matter because he will be accepted. He should be shot as a representative of America gone bad
