South Carolina aggressively lured in foreign car manufacturers, like BMW. Do you believe they’re going to be there in two years?
The state has much larger problems than people cussing.

The state seems to be on life support, dependent on the federal gubmint to keep the lights on.
I doubt that profanity will solve that.
No, profanity won’t solve it — but spending a ton of money to enforce the law won’t help matters any.
Do you believe those companies, like HBO or any hotel chain that has Cablevision, is going to just shut down? They’ll pool their considerable resources and fight the law. Costs to the state could run into the millions.

Cite what? This is common sense 101. When state legislators pass a law companies don’t like, the companies regularly present legal challenges.
And that’s not even counting the court costs of individuals fighting charges.
The whole thing doesn’t make sense. SC is essentially a welfare state passing a very expensive law it can’t afford, that may not even hold up in court.

This Bill must have been introduced by someone’s idiot nephew who happens to be a lawmaker. It raises serious questions about the state. Isn’t Lindsay Graham bad enough?
Yeah, right. They’ll pretend to be Puritanical, but either ignore the sphincter chasers or make them a protected class.
