A large sum of money properly applied to a low level employee of the department of health in Hawaii could produce the information. Then it could be handed to someone like Polarik who could examine it for evidence of forgery, though it’s hard to do on just a copy or a scan. However, just the information itself would be valuable.

Something like that is surely going to happen, with a U.S. or Brit tabloid footing the bill.

I do hope someone finally breaks the silence on this, and your scenario would be a good way for it to get done.

National Enquirer to the rescue? They’ve got enough dough to entice someone in Hawaii to get a copy of that BC.

We just need to Hawaii Gov to step up and be a Patriot, no matter what becomes of her afterward.

If the actual document is stolen it will forever be rendered illegitimate. Once the chain of custody is broken no one would accept it would they?
