Report: Hamas forces people back into their homes

In other cases, civilians are simply used as cannon fodder or human shields. Reports out of Gaza say residents who attempted to flee their homes in the northern area of the Strip were forced to go back at gunpoint, by Hamas men.

The more dead, the better for Hamas. It's good media. Off all the dead "civilians", I'd bet 90% of them were killed by Hamas, especially the mothers and babies found lying neatly side by side after a bomb hit.

Bomb blasts don't leave things laying neatly side by side.

There amy actually be some palestinians who would like to fight back at Hamas, but they are unarmed.

Hamas plans to maximize civilian casualties

shows how Hamas uses an entire neighborhood,
rigging it with explosive devices and putting the entire civilian population at great risk."

a variety of IEDs (improvised explosive devices), with the colors indicating the type of IED.

"A senior IDF officer estimated Saturday that roughly 300 Hamas men
have been killed since the army launched its ground incursion in the Gaza Strip.
The military official said IDF troops were able to wipe out whole battalions
belonging to the Gaza terror group.

"Hundreds of people were killed in the various combat sectors,"
the officer said. "Some Hamas companies and battalions were simply wiped out.
We also see cases of desertions and unauthorized leaves,
while some terror activists are scared to undertake moves that
would jeopardize them vis-à-vis IDF troops."

"Earlier Saturday, the IDF killed Hamas' rocket chief in the
Gaza City area, Amir Mansi. The senior officer said that shortly
before his death Mansi clashed with his subordinates,
who refused to come out of their hideouts.
The rocket chief was left with no choice but to launch mortar
shells himself, and was killed after being identified by the army. "

Remember when Saddam ruled that the corpses of all dead babies in pre-liberation Iraq had to be trucked to any bomb sight to claim that they were killed by Americans?

I wonder if they think this will be good when they try to get reelected into power. This is a good thing if the Palestinians realize what is happening to them.

Not that I want to see innocent people killed .. if there is such a thing there.
