Pretty stupid to say anything but he did say some of the right things. He said he thought the guy was gonna kill the clerk. He said the gun was in his car. He said he didn’t want to do it.
I doubt he’s charged with anything unless theres something we dont know.

That is true and a person can bleed out in a couple of minutes and pass out long before that, even with a peashooter. Of course I would recommend unloading as many 45 acp rounds as it takes to drop someone.

They also don't understand things called the brachial and femoral arteries. Bullets can do funny things in a human body and there is no map on the outside.How about, "I fired a couple quick shots, but he must have moved at the same time and the bullets hit him right in the head."
