There were millions of Buddhists killed in Central Asia, millions of Zoroastrians in Iran and countless numbers of Christians in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Turkey (never forget the Armenian genocide), into Russia, the Caucasus, the Balkans. So, yes, communism can't match the deaths byIslam.
