I agree. Stores used to have signs that went something like this:

“We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone”.

If someone is stinky, cursing, or otherwise behaving in an offensive manner, they can be shown the door. That is as it should be.

Freedom of association is a right that is fast disappearing.

Freedom of Association is in the first Amendment. I say we use it, NOW or lose it! As with every other Freedom we enjoy. Had we been doing that all along, and suing when they are denied, maybe we wouldn't be losing them now.
