I hope they continue to file lawsuits all over the country. Obama should not be President until he has proven he is eligible. Everyone else did. Why should he be exempt?

The truth should be brought out no matter what. If someone has real knowledge of anything being a forgery; this person(s) should come forward.

It would depend upon a few variables:

If the forgery is made off of the original, the number would not be a problem

If the original in the vault is from Kenya, changing the original is 'home free'

If the original has Obama Sr removed and Frank Davis of Malcolm X inserted, it's again 'home free'

The forgery will address the various problems that have been exposed via lawsuits and sweep them all aside, you can bet on that if a forgery is used. Frankly, our government is so corrupted by now, they, Democrats and Republicans--the useless elected representatives too cowardly to demand We The People be shown extensive proof this man is eligible and has not gamed yet another system with fraud--will be relieved to have a good forgery to give them deceitful cover to let this go.

It all stinks to high heaven and only God appears able to remove this fraudster from our national flesh. On the other hand, He may be allowing it all as our just reward for turning away from him and allowing these criminal bastards to remove the unalienable right to life for tens of millions of God's unborn gifts--Obama went even further, protecting induced labor killing--and removing open allegiance to God from our public lives. I cannot say we don't deserve judgment, I just pray that He has mercy upon US.

My only real hope - aside from knowing that God ultimately is in control of it all - is that 0bama’s crimes will eventually come to light, and the dems will be shamed that they forced this medium sized nettle upon us, lose all credibility, and even their slavish followers will be sickened when the veil is removed from their criminal fraud.

Yes, thanks. I remember the controversy and checked it out. She in fact did deny saying it. Nevertheless she was convicted of tax fraud and went to prison.

I will add the disclaimer though with the word disgruntled instead of recalcitrant.

But he did not make the claim that The One was born in Hawaii. About the only thing you can fault him for his description of Factcheck.org as a "nonpartisan group", without mentioning the Annenberg connection, or that the full name is "Annenberg Political Fact Check".

At least he reports that there is a controversy.

That can’t happen from any court action after Obama is sworn in, as it’s only the Congress that can impeach and convict a President after he’s sworn in.

But a court could rule that the swearing in was invalid if it also found that he was not eligible. Sort of a "fruit of the poisoned vine" sort of thing. IOW, he never would have legally been the President, if he is not eligible to the office.

On the application there is a box to list all other names he’s gone by, he put none, not Barry Soetoro, not Barry Obama, not Barry Dunham, etc. just Barack HUssein Obama. To his liberal sycophancy that’s nothin’, but in law that is a very serious offense.

It’s really more of a sidestep of the constitution than an outright assault. Using the popular vote to create large blocks of electors.

I don’t know if there have been any threads about it but the democrats are sneaking around pushing this in typical rat fashion.
