The Royal Marines Wish You A Happy Christmas And A Blessed 2009, And Ask You To Remember...

It’s Better To Give Than Receive.

Probably some British politician will criticize the Royal Army for allowing this cultural insensitivity. The papers will complain, too, and then some one armed, blind Paki mullah from East-end London will ask that there be an public investigation. All Hell breaks loose, and the yop Brit general in Afghanistan will be forced to resign.

A very obscure point. So Bastogne was different from Afghanistan? So was Gettysburg.

Merry Christmas Taliban.... :-)

By the way, as a side note and what one doesn’t usually hear about Jesus Christ — when He does return to earth to set up His Kingdom, one of the first things He’ll be doing is eliminating the millions of Muslims who have been trying for years to get rid of Israel as a nation and kill all the Jews.

When Jesus returns from battle, back to Jerusalem, his clothing is splattered with blood from Him personally going to war against those (including the millions of Muslims) who would take over Israel’s land, eliminate it as a nation, and kill all the Jews...

Psalm 83

1 A Song. A Psalm of Asaph. Do not keep silent, O God! Do not hold Your peace, And do not be still, O God!

2 For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head.

3 They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones.

4 They have said, “Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.”

5 For they have consulted together with one consent; They form a confederacy against You:

6 The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagrites;

7 Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre;

8 Assyria also has joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selah

9 Deal with them as with Midian, As with Sisera, As with Jabin at the Brook Kishon,

10 Who perished at En Dor, Who became as refuse on the earth.

11 Make their nobles like Oreb and like Zeeb, Yes, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,

12 Who said, “Let us take for ourselves The pastures of God for a possession.”

13 O my God, make them like the whirling dust, Like the chaff before the wind!

14 As the fire burns the woods, And as the flame sets the mountains on fire,

15 So pursue them with Your tempest, And frighten them with Your storm.

16 Fill their faces with shame, That they may seek Your name, O Lord.

17 Let them be confounded and dismayed forever; Yes, let them be put to shame and perish,

18 That they may know that You, whose name alone is the Lord, Are the Most High over all the earth.

Psalm 2

1 Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing?

2 The kings of the earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying,

3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.”

4 He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision.

5 Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure:

6 “Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.”

7 “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.

8 Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession.

9 You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’ “
10 Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth.

11 Serve the Lord with fear, And rejoice with trembling.

12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

Jesus Christ is going to take this very personally, when it comes to Israel and in regards to the Muslims...

To me, the best part of this that we Civilized people, celebrate The Birth Of Our Lord And Savior, with beautiful Christmas, and by blowing those savages straight to hell, but also that all they have is crappy ashura

Reminds me of the Bill Cosby routine (synopsis):

Cap’n Washington, meet Cap’n Cornwallis. Cap’n Cornwallis, meet Cap’n Washington. Cap’n Cornwallis, your team gets to wear bright red coats, stand in nice straight lines, and march around in the open. Cap’n Washington, your team gets to hide behind trees, shoot from behind rocks, and run away if the redcoats get too close. Good luck to both of you.

The point was the caliber of the enemy, they are fighting a force that is a sporadic nuisance. (Hence, time for fun every now and then.) Sure a bullet from any one of the Taliban can kill you, but the Afghanistan war is like the US Cavalry fighting Geronimo in the South West. Its a low intensity conflict that has many small unit actions. The fighting isn’t as heavy as it was at Gettysburg or Bastogne where there were thousands involved, the fighting was constant, and there was no time to have fun and treat it lightly.

The Taliban/AQ/Wahabbis think Ashura is pretty barbaric too. And, unlike us, they think all those silly Shiites bleeding all over themselves should be killed, because of things like Ashura.

Personally I am perfectly content to let those Shiites cut themselves up all they like, they aren’t hurting anyone else and they seem to be having fun at it. Live and let live.
