an airplane that can be launched farther at sea, and without a pilot, the aircraft can fly distant missions and loiter over a target or combat zone much longer than what a human pilot and aircrew can safely do. Doolittle done right!

If we get into a conflict where we regret not buying more F-22’s and Zero is “tested” with a situation worse than what his outgoing predecessor has been tested with, things can change. As long as the Navy retains the know-how. And I doubt that’s in Detroit.

SONOBUOY PING!
Click on pic for past Navair pings.
Post or FReepmail me if you wish to be enlisted in or discharged from the Navair Pinglist.
The only requirement for inclusion in the Navair Pinglist is an interest in Naval Aviation.
This is a medium to low volume pinglist.

What is so great about a copy cat operation. The USAF has been using these for years, and there is no reason for the Navy to spend any money on this flying freak. Another thing is why are they building more air craft carriers, when they have been designated as obsolete whales. We don’t need any more drones or aircraft carriers.

BooBoo, you are correct. We do not need carriers
in Nevada.
Look at a globe. That blue stuff covering most of the Earth, that is called ocean. That is where we need the carriers, in the ocean.
