Can’t Obama just “improve the U.S. relationship” with Mother Nature, and be done with it?
A President that finally gets it.
Yep, now we are about to get it.
Get it in a big way.
Mr Obama and Science have never been in the same room. It’s not possible to know anything about science and speak so glibly at the same time.
which is why we have to speak out more to our friends, neighbors, work associates etc about this plus get more like minded folk into teaching, journalism etc
we cannot allow anymore for us to be silenced because of political correctness by the left
Yeah. I got it.
Your statement implies that we'll have a choice...
Libs do everything by force and coersion.
The truly scary thing is if there was ever a doomsday button that if once pushed will kill all humans across the entire globe instantly these people’s faces would light up like it was the greatest gift in history and mash the button down smiling.

I don't think so. It could be an anti-capitalism movement since the Warmists are going after China and other mega capitalists, but I think it really comes down to a group of elites that are really pissed off at having to share the wealth with peons. Do you really think that Al Gore or the Bozo that wrote this article are going to do without? Hardly; they're just tired of sharing plane flights, cruises, holiday destinations, etc. with the sweaty masses. Time to crank consumption back and bring back a true separation of the classes.
I’m still betting it’ll be around 0 degrees on Jan 20th, in Wash DC.....
Translation: People are getting wise to the scam, endangering grant dollars.
If I were president, I would draw up an executive order on day one, that stated all colleges and universities would either level out the political makeup of their professors, or they would lose public funding. I’d give them six months to comply. They would henceforth also have to provide parity when it came to speakers on campus. And if they allowed the student body to disrupt the presentation by Conservatives, they would also lose public funding.
I’d also implement this on the K-12 level if the message didn’t come through loud and clear.
This political lock on our centers of eduction must stop.
As for Congress, it could over rule my EO, but if it did I would take my case to the U.S. Citizen and make it an issue Congress would pay dearly for.
They changed the name to climate change because the earth is no longer warming. Steady as she goes....
“The time for delay is over; the time for denial is over,”
so...build more nuclear plants. Assuming there is a problem, you won’t solve it with regulation and windmills. I mean, you make fun of us for denying global warming but you don’t even want to solve it in a serious way. And while most conservatives don’t care for the evidence behind global warming, we like the idea of nuke plants for energy independence.
Okay: When Bill Clinton took office in 1993,
Slower-moving political ruse, Non-existent environmental problem then as well as now: global warming was a slow-moving environmental problem that was easy to ignore.
False: Now it is a ticking time bomb
False: that President-elect Barack Obama can't avoid.
False: Since Clinton's inauguration, summer Arctic sea ice has lost the equivalent of Alaska, California and Texas.
False: The 10 hottest years on record have occurred since Clinton's second inauguration.
False: Global warming is accelerating.
False: Time is close to running out,
False (probably): and Obama knows it.
False: But there are powerful political and economic realities that must be quickly overcome for Obama to succeed.
True: Despite the urgency he expresses, it's not at all clear that he and Congress will agree on an approach during a worldwide financial crisis in time to meet some of the more crucial deadlines.
No Sh*t: Obama is pushing changes in the way Americans
somebody tell bo that its snowing in vegas!
It is a tool to pry the masses into accepting socialism.
There is no manmade “global warming”, but that isn’t important. We have pollution and industry and populations that make many uncomfortable. By pretending a dire consequence, and further pretending an ability to affect the severity, the masses will be lulled into accepting what they otherwise would not.
