Yes, Celente has made some bad predictions (particularly about the war in Iraq) but it is important to at least listen to him on the economy. I hope he's wrong, but what he is saying seems to make a lot of sense.

I taught real estate law and econ for 10 years. We are in a real estate cycle like nothing I've seen in my lifetime. Celente is right about commercial property. What we are going to see next year is an economic tsunami.

Yes, like Celente, I believe we have an inflation worry. We can’t keep printing money.

In short, we borrowed way too much.

The sooner we accept the consequences of that instead of trying to postpone them the sooner it will pass and the sooner we can start growing again. The longer it takes the more painful it will be.

John and Ken are pretty much frauds. They voted for Kerry in the last go around, and voted for Hillary in the primary election from what I recall.

lots of us on FR warned this months and years ago... some of us as broken records, but all we got was pushback and ridicule from some other FRs about being chicken littles..(and usually by Bushbots)...as I recall, it went something like this: (if the Democrats are in office (White House), things must be BAD, if Republicans are in office (White House), things must be GOOD.) Narrowly political, simplistic and not objective. It was much more complex than that, and stretched across both parties....you could still see it coming....

We’re not quite sure what happened to the show. It just ended after 15 years. He’ll be somewhere soon.
