The Netherlands, like most other European countries, has very strict gun control laws. Nonetheless, the Dutch murder rate is almost six times as great as the United States' overall homicide rate.

Actually, if you add in the rate of abortion in the U.S., the Dutch rate gets left in the dust. Just depends which side of the womb you’re on.

Several years ago I read that elderly people in Holland are terrified of a visit by their physican. The physician might decide the patient no longer has any “quality of life worth living” and administer poison w/o the patient's consent.
I remember an old cartoon by Stayskill ..
An old woman is in bed, her son and wife are standing by with an evil gleam in their eyes. The wife has a newspaper which says, “US LEGALIZES EUTHANASIA”. The son is dropping a pill in a glass of water for the old lady.
The old lady looks at him and says...”I should have aborted you just like I did all the others!”

In all fairness to the Dutch, if you subtract their “murdered by muslim crazies in the street” numbers, the murder rate isn't all that bad.
I bet abortion is common there too.
I can’t find this info anywhere else but here. Do you have another source? I could sure use this info if true but I’d like to verify it.
