To me a key question is this: what passport did he use when he traveled to Pakistan? And what nationality did he claim when he went to college?

Someone who has dual nationality is supposed to affirm the nationality he chooses once he is of age. If he claimed some nationality other than US, that would be significant. Whatever happened to him as a child was not of his doing. What he did once he was of age, he is responsible for.

"Whatever happened to him as a child was not of his doing."

That's logical, but unwise. Would you be okay with the leader of the Soviet Union visiting America, having sex with a teenager American girl, fostering a child, indoctrinating that child in "world views" for 35 years, and then buying the U.S. Presidency through the child using Soviet money funneled through the main stream media? I would not. There is, however, a parallel between that scenario and what is happening today. Better to err on the side of caution and toss both Obama and McCain. The risk is too great.

Sorry, the Constitution doesn't care about that.

If he was born in Kenya, then everything else doesn't matter. He was born in Kenya to a father who was a British subject. So any talk about not having control over events when you're born is irrelevant.
