(IsraelNN.com) The President of the UN General Assembly attempted to prevent Israeli ambassador Gavriela Shalev from addressing a plenary session on Wednesday marking sixty years since the UN adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
General Assembly President Miguel d’Escoto Brockmann tried to cancel speeches to be given by representatives of a “Western Europe and others” group, which is chaired by Israel’s ambassador.
In response to the European representatives’ voiced outrage, Brockmann announced that he would add an Arab representative to the list of speakers.
The U.N. is trying hard to get on the wrong side of history.

The UN has little to nothing to do with Democracy anymore. They tolerate the Democratic countries only because without our money, they'd be done for.
So let it be said.

Time to leave the UN - and for the League of Democratic Countries to be formed.

I don’t know why the United States is still associated with that anti-democracy farce. It’s time to invite them to relocate to a more conducive environment - perhaps a -stan country or someplace in North Africa.

It tries to undermine the Constitution of the USA and
would love to cripple our Constitutional Republic.
In over 60 years No major politician has ever tried to
get the USA out of the UN.
16 out of 17 of the AMERICANS that were involved in
creating the UN were later identified, in sworn
testimony, as secret communist agents.
The first Secretary General was the AMERICAN Alger Hiss.
Alger Hiss served time in prison pursuant to his
involvement in a Communist spy ring.
Many of the other AMERICANS that were involved in creating
the UN fled the country, to avoid prosecution.
The ONE AMERICAN, that was involved in creating the UN and
was NOT later identified, in sworn testimony, as a secret
communist agent, was Dean Acheson.
Dean Acheson’s law firm was the legal representative of
the Soviet Union, in USA courts.
If the AMERICANS that were involved in creating the UN
were Communists, what do you think we got from the rest
of the world?

The UN is is nothing but a money sucking, corrupt, joke and should be disbanded or moved elsewhere.
Withdraw already.
There is no limit to the amount of disrespect Israel will put up with.
